The Bookkeeping package we use on our computers is Tas Books Accounting and Tas Business Controller; we would produce reports for the Sales, Purchase and Nominal ledgers complete with Trial Balance, Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.

Payrolls are also done from this office and once set up we would only need a telephone call or fax/e-mail once a week/month to tell us the hours worked by your employees. You could be given the net payment within a minute or two and the payslips would be sent directly to you the same day. Each month you would be told the amount of Tax and NI to send to the Inland Revenue and P45's, P60's and P35's (end of year returns) would all be carried out by us. For the larger companies who have their own system in place we would be pleased to carry out the payroll in their own office.

The payroll package we use is Tas Payroll Manager but we are fully conversant with manual payroll if required.

Administration/Clerical and a Telephone Answering Service are new strings to our bow, whereby we will professionally type your letters, statements and quotes etc. and send them out for you. It would only take a telephone call, an e-mail or a fax with the details and we would do the rest. The answering service allows your diverted calls to be answered by us and messages detailed and stored until you ring in or collect them. This also can be tailored for the individual need.
